Improved Performance of Spread Spectrum Audio Watermarking Technique, by reducing the Cost Function Using 6 Bipolar Vectors

چکیده

Digital watermarking is an approach to inserting invisible or visible marks into a digital multimedia data for further detection of correct ownership at the later stages. Most of the watermarking techniques focus on image and audio file, and several are related to audio file. The proposed work concentrates on improving the performance of spread spectrum audio watermarking technique. Audio watermarking is the process of embedding a watermark signal into an audio signal for proof of rightful ownership. This process is rather difficult due to the high sensitivity of the Human Auditory System (HAS). Among all watermarking technique, spread spectrum techniques are widely used as audio watermarking because of their robustness and imperceptiveness of watermarking. The proposed technique is based upon the False positive and False negative probability. False negative probability is a probability of non detection of watermark. Whereas, the false positive probability is the probability of detection of a watermark found in a non-watermarked host signal. The work will reduce the cost function using 6 bipolar Vector and generate the algorithm. The comparative results of PSNR and SNR values calculated for different parameters of audio and text files.
